Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
United States: Free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing.

International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is 12–22 business days after processing.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be charged customs duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once tracking shows your order as delivered, Cheer Cams is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with neighbors and contact your local carrier directly.
